Phillips Family Resource Center- Neighborhood Initiative

The Neighborhood Initiative is a place-based effort to shift the academic and professional trajectory of children attending Phillips Elementary School. School leaders and On The Move staff collaborate to raise academic outcomes from preschool to college & career.

School-based family resource centers support family health and well-being while promoting parent leadership and learning. The Family Resource Center is a safe and reliable space for families to access various resources.
